The police arrested and attacked 5 people, 15km. into the Croatian side of the border crossing near Velika Kladusa. They were 5 police officers, attacking the 5 people – 2 of whom where underaged. The 5 people were beaten with truncheons, the officers hit them on their knees, backs, arms, ribs and legs. The violent attack lasted about 4 minutes. The 2 minors were also badly hurt. The interviewee had continuing pain for a long time after the attack. He declares that it is the second time he endures police violence, the first time was one month earlier at the Bosnian-Serbian border, where he was deported to Sid. His phone was taken, as well as his money and Bosnian documents.
