The respondent described that after he was found hiding under a truck by the Private Security guards patrolling the Port of Patras, they took his papers and phone. After checking if the latter worked, they reportedly put it on the ground and stepped on it until the screen was totally black. Then, they gave the telephone and documents back to the respondent and forced the man to leave the port precincts.
