He was trapped under the car and could not escape it

The respondent reported that he was inside of a truck on the night of the 17th of October 2020, when two people he identified as officers approached his hiding spot: one stood on the left side of the vehicle while the other one stood on the right. They called him, and insulted him, to come out of the vehicle. They reportedly shouted: “Come out, asshole” and “Fuck you”. When the respondent voiced that he was going to come out, he was not able to leave the truck, as on one side one of the officers was kicking him with his foot while on the other side, the other one was hitting him with a baton. He was thus forcibly trapped under the car and could not escape it. He described that, when he eventually managed to do so, he was hit by both officers, once again one kicking him with his legs, the other one beating him with a baton. According to the respondent, the aggression lasted for about two minutes. Four days later, at the time of the interview, the respondent reported still feeling pain on his lower leg from the beatings.
